About Me
I've been traveling solo for over 20 years. I've moved countries alone more times than most people change cities — not on a gap year, not for a holiday. For work. I've toured as a circus performer across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, which means I've had to figure out hotels, cities, and airports in places booking sites barely cover, and do it well, because I had a show the next morning.
When you stop being a tourist, you stop seeing cities the way tourists do. You find the neighborhoods the itinerary skips. You learn which hotel photos are professional lies. You discover that the most interesting places are almost never the ones anyone tells you to go.
The question I get constantly: "How do you always end up somewhere that actually looks like the photos? How do you find those places with no crowds?" The honest answer is: I never had the option of following the tourist trail. I just learned, over years, how to find the real thing.
Travel was always the reason I started performing. The job was the vehicle. The world was the point. I can't travel as freely now — long contracts keep me in one place for months at a time. Planning trips for other people is genuinely how I stay connected to the thing I love most. And I'm building this as a second business because I won't be able to perform forever. I'd rather spend the next chapter of my life doing the thing that got me into this life in the first place.

When you submit an inquiry, I personally research your trip. I pull recent traveler photos that weren't taken by the hotel's PR team, check street-level views, read reviews from people who weren't paid to write them. I send you screenshots. I tell you what the pool area actually looks like vs. what they show on Booking.com.
No hotel pays me to recommend them. No airline sponsors this. I don't want paid partnerships and I don't intend to take any. The moment a commission is involved, my advice stops being objective. If I recommend something, it's because I genuinely think it's right for your trip.
